Ordering

We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers. Please contact us at Calistiana@rgv.rr.com if you have any questions about a particular design.

Items are generally created after you order them. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your order. Items labeled "IN STOCK" ship out within 48 hours or 2 business days. If you need faster service, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Orders from international customers are accepted with some restrictions. Please contact us if you would like to place an international order.

Custom Orders

We would be happy to create a one of a kind rosary for you. You can also order most of our beaded designs as wire wrapped designs and vice versa. Please contact us at Calistiana@rgv.rr.com with your design ideas and we will work with you to bring your vision to life.

Packaging

Our pieces arrive in a complimentary cardboard gift box. Artisan bracelets, necklaces and chaplets also include a velvet drawstring bag. As of August 2007, rosary orders over $200 arrive in a complimentary velvet gift box.

We provide a complimentary anti-tarnish pouch with every five-decade rosary. We believe the beauty of your new rosary should last a lifetime. This is why we encourage you to care for your new prayer beads. To maintain the look of your new rosary, we suggest that you wipe your rosary beads down with a soft cloth and store them in the anti-tarnish pouch between uses.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some stones are delicate, including amber, coral, freshwater pearls, malachite, mother-of-pearl, opals, and unstabilized turquoise. Do not expose to ammonia, hot solutions, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasives.

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

PayPal is a simple, easy and secure method of paying online. PayPal:

accepts credit card orders using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
accepts payments using PayPal Balances and Bank transfers.
does not require membership or registration for you to use the system

Calistiana.com will not see or retain any of your financial information.

Sales Tax

Calistiana is a registered business in the State of Texas. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax with their purchase.

Shipping

We use fully insured, UPS Ground Shipping on all domestic orders. Please let us know at the time you place your order if you'd like your package delivered faster (i.e. overnight, 2nd day air) or via other carriers (i.e. US Postal Service or Federal Express).

We will notify and provide you with a tracking number via e-mail after we ship your order.

Guarantee

Wire Wrapped Rosaries

Our wire-wrapped products are made to last a lifetime. If your wire-wrapped item becomes defective within the first three years of purchase, no charges will be made for direct labor.

Flex-Wire Rosaries

We use strong, professional grade, nylon coated multi strand stainless steel cable for our beaded designs; however, this wire will break if stressed beyond its rating. If your flex-wire item breaks within the first year of purchase, we will repair it for you free of charge.

Rosary Repairs

We recommend that you return all components (i.e. crucifix, center, beads and crystals) of the broken item to assure that it can be restored to its original condition. If the pieces are damaged or lost, we will try to locate equivalent parts in order to restore your rosary; however, we reserve the right to charge for the parts required to complete the restoration.

We reserve the right to charge shipping and insurance in order to return the restored items.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (see exceptions below) you may return it to us, within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund. No refunds will be given on worn or damaged merchandise. Please note that we do not refund shipping.

We do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items.

Privacy and Mailing List

Calistiana.com values your right to privacy. We will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information (i.e. name and e-mail address) with any outside party. However, we would like to retain our valued customers email addresses for our mailing list. This will be used solely for the purpose of sending you special sale offers and future updates. We will remove you from your mailing list at your request.
